With over 15 years experience in the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness , individuals can alliviate symptoms of depression , anxiety , chronic pain, and ADHD .
Additionally, Dr. Pinel-Lopez uses Christian and evidence based interventions to provide families and couples with the necessary tools to help them overcome relational and marital difficulties. Furthermore, she has an understanding of immigrant and cultural issues that impact the family and the family's reunification.
