INSURANCE
We are not directly contracted with any insurance company. Depending on your current health insurance provider or plan, it is possible that psychotherapy services may be reimbursed in full or in part. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
- How much is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- After my deductible is met, how much percentage of the $200-$180 will I pay?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Where can I find Out-Of-Network claim forms?
- Where do I send the claim form when I complete it?
REDUCED FEE
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
PAYMENT
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
CANCELATION POLICY
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 late cancelation or no show fee.
